What is TFC Ultimate Boot camp?
TFC Boot camps offer a group workout session that will change the way you view exercise. Our Boot Camp is a sixty minute moderate to high intensity workout with energetic music, advanced training equipment, qualified trainers and a dedication in providing the best workout every session.
Introduction
TFC is ready to get in shape with a unique work out session - Boot Camp. Join the pack as we achieve maximum results:
- Tone and strengthen the body
- Increase cardiovascular fitness
- Leave the mind and body feeling refreshed and invigorated
Each Boot camp will incorporate elements of conditioning, strength, resistance and core exercises:
- Calisthenics (exercises performed with and without weights or equipment)
- Resistance/Interval training
- Jump roping
- Core strengthening
- Obstacle courses
- Sports drills
- Cardio training (running and sprinting)
- Agility (balance and coordination)
- Partner drills
- Stretching
